It is a new year today; the year of Read the Rest…

There’s an exhibit at the NYPL for Mark Siegel’s graphic novel Sailor Twain; we went for the opening reception last week, which was lovely.  Here are pictures! The exhibit was held at the Map Division — with art from the book interspersed with maps of the Hudson River!  It was very neat. Here’s a picture Read the Rest…

One of my favorite things about NYCC is the fact that so many people come up to our booth and say things like, ‘I heard about your book on NPR‘ or ‘I saw this book in the New York Times.’  Things that mean that the people we’re see are really readers of books!  I think Read the Rest…

Last Friday, we headed out on the Hudson River for the launch for Mark Siegel’s graphic novel Sailor Twain, which is set on a steamboat on that very same river.  We were not lucky enough to have our launch on a steamboat (I think maybe they are all gone because it is not the eighteen Read the Rest…

New York Comic-Con!  It is a thing to which we are going.  We even have a booth!  It is #1214. We’re super-excited to be featuring Zack Giallongo (Broxo) and Mark Siegel (Sailor Twain), both of whom have books just coming out that week.  And the books are both awesome!  Who can resist barbarians fighting zombies?  Read the Rest…
