What is BEA, you ask?

Why, BEA is the largest book trade show in the United States.  It resides in the puzzling and constantly-renovating far-from-everything Javits Center in New York City, and it is chock-a-block full with publishers, booksellers, librarians, authors, and also this year, miscellaneous members of the public.

We’ll be there, exhibiting with our parent company, Macmillan.  This means: if you come by the Macmillan booth, #3358, you have a small chance of catching me while I’m not running around to meetings/lunches/panels/signings etc.

We shall also be involved in some events, where you are more likely to find us (if you so desire).

 Tuesday, June 5th

BEA’s NY Book Week COMICS!
6:00 – 7:45pm at the NYPL / Grand Central Branch
135 East 46th Street
With First Second author Matt Madden!
Also: Michael Kupperman (Snake & Bacon) Dave Roman and John Green (Teen Boat!), and Raina Telgemeier (Drama).  Moderated by Chris Butcher (Awesome).
