Readers, you’ll be unsurprised to learn that our plans for this week involve going to the ALA annual conference — and that we’re very excited about it.  Being the publisher of the first ever graphic novel to win a Caldecott Honor makes this an automatically amazing conference for us this year, and we’re thrilled to be celebrating at this show!

First Second will be exhibiting with MacKids at booth 1003 and 1004 in the north hall. Please come by and visit us.

And don’t forget to check out the ALA Artists Alley.  :01 authors Tony Cliff, Thien Pham, Lark Pien, Dave Roman, Aron Steinke, and Gene Luen Yang will be exhibiting there throughout the show! Stop by and say hi and check out their latest books — they’re all awesome.
