After spending his childhood drawing, Fabrice Parme spent two years at the Beaux Arts Academy before entering a career in animation. He worked as a conceptual artist on a highly successful animated television series, and published his art in magazines throughout France. While illustrating Trondheim's Venezia books, the two dreamt up a child king, and the Tiny Tyrant was born.
