Welcome to the very first ComiCon, New York — First Second will be roaming around, some of its authors appearing on panels, beady-eyed scouts (well, me) scouring the aisles for new talents… But no, you won’t be able to buy the :01 Graphic Novels yet!

They won’t release until the end of April.

Sorry.

But well worth the wait.

Seen the review of Eddie Campbell’s FATE OF THE ARTIST on the Savage Critic ?

    Hi Mark,
How can one find you at the convention this weekend?
    Thanks,
    J.J.

Looking for new talent? The School of Visual Arts has a booth! You should drop on by and pick up some copies of Inkstains, our school comic publication.
You can see PDFs online at Cartoonallies.org, too.

Hi Y’all! I’ve terribly failed to check comments lately, my apologies. I’ll be roaming, so a bit hard to catch. I plan to be at the panel on the future of GNs with Grady Klein and Jessica Abel. And I’ll have a first second t-shirt.

    p.s.
SVA — sure, I’ll be keeping an eye on that. We’ve already signed Humayoun Ibrahim from last year’s FRESH MEAT!

Where and what time will the panel take place? I’d like to catch that.
