Rickshaw Dumpling Bar is down the street from the Flatiron Building — not the truck that is only there occasionally, but the actual physical location, which is there 100% of the time for us to eat dumplings at. How could this get any better, you ask?

So, soup dumplings are dumplings with wonderful delicious warm soup in the middle, right? Rickshaw does an amazing variation of this where they make the dumplings out of sweet rice flour, coat them with black sesame seeds, and fill the insides with melted chocolate.
They are so good. You should try them too.
